Bryn Meadows Ma-RPC-MPCC

Bryn Meadows is a Counsellor, a healthcare leadership nerd, and a professional human being. She has over twenty-five years of experience walking alongside people through the messy, meaningful, and magical parts of being human.
Bryn created Menopolooza, the GenX Menopause Movement because she believes menopause is not the end; it’s a rite of passage. A wild, weird, and holy season where women get to reclaim ourselves, rewrite the script, and raise a little hell (or at least raise our voices). Her work is trauma-informed, body-celebrating, and deeply rooted in compassion, with a healthy dose of humour.
With a Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership and 25 years in the mental health field, Bryn brings clinical expertise and compassion to her work. She is a Registered Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC) and a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator–Clinician (CDWF), trained in the transformational methodology based on Dr. Brené Brown’s research on vulnerability, shame, and courage.

Bryn began her mission to piss off the patriarchy in the 7th grade, when she would only write essays about Female Genital Mutilation, much to the chagrin of her Social Studies teacher (sorry, not sorry, Mr. Lindhoff). Bryn loves cancelled plans, cutting her own hair and saying hi to all dogs.

Bryn took her latch-key childhood and Girl Guides pledge very seriously to “Be Prepared”- so you can find almost anything in her purse. That thing has a basement.

Lisa Wall CTP

Lisa Wall is a Certified Trauma Professional, somatic practitioner, and intimacy educator with more than two decades of experience being both a recovery professional and an imperfect recovering human.

She is obsessed with culture and the conditions that have made it normal to un-prepare (and sometimes straight-up gaslight) women. Having lived through pregnancy, loss, postpartum psychosis/anxiety/depression, and now navigating perimenopause, she has questions. A lot of them.

Lisa believes credibility and being a messy human can coexist. Her leadership approach is rooted in courageous vulnerability, transparency, relentless curiosity, and a willingness to laugh at herself while taking the work seriously.

A self-described sacred, sassy, and slightly unhinged elder millennial with raging ADHD (say that three times fast), Lisa lives on a remote island with a feral toddler, a domesticated dog and cat, and a dysfunctional-but-loyal parliament of owls she affectionately calls the Hootenannys.

Lisa thinks in patterns (some more decipherable than others), asks (too many) questions, and has increasingly little interest in pretending any of this is normal. Her hobbies include researching culture (taking screenshots of misogynistic things men say to women being vulnerable on the internet), looking for her keys, and giving herself permission to info-dump and over-explain inside parentheses (because sometimes the context needs context).

When she’s not spinning around in circles forgetting why she was there in the first place, she likes to play in the wild with her son, tend to life in her intentional community, examine culture, steward recovery communities, ride her motorbike, make weird art, write, and sing — preferably on stage with an audience who knows all the words.

DR. TRACY RODGERS MD, FRcsc

Dr. Rodgers wears many crowns: OBGYN, "vaginal psychologist," menopause expert, and fierce advocate for women’s health- specifically, reproductive mental health. With over 20 years of gynecological expertise, Dr. Rodgers brings science, heart, and hilarious honesty to all the things we need to know and have not been informed about.
Despite being an OBGYN, Dr. Rodgers was unprepared for her own journey through early menopause. She knows firsthand the confusion, comedy, and courage it takes to survive and thrive. She blends clinical wisdom with a deep understanding of the emotional rollercoaster that often comes with midlife, making her uniquely equipped to inform, comfort, and make you snort-laugh, sometimes all at once.
Get ready to feel seen, heard, and downright empowered. Dr. Rodgers is the real deal, and she’s here to bust myths, drop f-bombs, share truths, probably bring some tears to our eyes, and remind us all that we are not broken- we are becoming.

In her spare time (which doesn’t exist), Dr. Rodgers looks after her very needy, long-haired dachshund and writes. She loves feeding crows at the beach, collecting rocks and making art. She does not like pickles and has never eaten a hot dog.
